DELIVERY

We can check not only what is directly here in stock in Virginia, but also what Bouvier specialties are scheduled to be included on the next shiment from the old country! We also track our incoming food orders here within the US to ensure fresh-to-you deliveries! When you place your order, we'll check the stock and let you know right away about the targeted shipping time! Usually we ship within the same week, but if your order has items coming in on the next shipment, we'll hold off and send you everything at once! - Always within 15 - 30 days. Should the arrival be more than 15 days out, we'll separate your shipment to get you things as quick as we can and let you know! You can check your order status on line at any time. If you need special handling of your order (for birthdays or celebration/awards) please EMail us with your order number and requirements. Thanks!

Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. Today, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered.

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns

Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Exchanges for non-food items are permitted within 7 days of receipt. Contact us by email to obtain an exchange tracking number. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges. Sorry, regulations prohibit us accepting returns on food products.

Returns

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization within 15 days of receipt of your package. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges.

Incorrect Orders

If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package (1-2 days). You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs for the replacement merchandise.

Backorders or Delays

We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you never pay any additional fees for the multiple shipping and handling. We handle that!

We're proud to be associated with, and follow the guidelines of the BBB. In addition to belonging to the regional bureau, BlackNose Bouviers and The BOUVtique also subscribes and belongs to the BBB OnLine Reliability program. American Bouvier des Flanders Club (ABdFC), NAWBA, and more....

The founders of BlackNose Bouviers & the BOUVtique have been members of the American Bouvier des Flandres club for some time. All of our breeding is done in accordance with American Kennel Club (AKC) guidelines. In addition, to the ABdFC and the AKC, we participate in exhibiting and showing in Canada and are active members in the B.F.C.C. Canadian Bouvier Club . Promoting local awareness of the breed and understanding has us with membership in the GWBdFC Greater Washington Bouvier des Flandres Club as well as the North American Working Bouvier Association NAWBA. Finally, to ensure the closest link to the roots and origin of our great breed, we are also ACTIVE members of the Belgische National/Club Belge - Bouvier des Flandres (Lidkaart # N69) in the old country. We're proud of the many associations we are active with, and adhere to their guidelines for ethics in promoting the breed and in breedership.
